Pacinos Signature Line Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Pacinos Signature Line affiliate program (the "Program"), you (the "Affiliate") agree to these terms. Pacinos Signature Line ("Merchant," "we," "us") may update these terms at any time; continued participation constitutes acceptance.

1. Commission & Attribution

Only one commission is paid per order. Each qualifying order is credited to a single affiliate. Where more than one affiliate is associated with the same order, the Merchant determines the attributed affiliate in its sole discretion, and that decision is final. Duplicate code + link on the same order — the code is honored, the link is not paid. When an order is credited to both an affiliate's coupon code and another affiliate's tracking link, the coupon code is always honored and earns the commission; the tracking-link claim on that order is not paid. Repeat offenders are removed. Affiliates who repeatedly attempt to collect link commission on orders already driven by another affiliate's coupon code will be removed from the Program. Genuine referral required. Commissions are earned only on sales you genuinely and directly referred. Attribution captured after the customer has already decided to purchase, or after another affiliate's code or link has driven the sale, is not a genuine referral and is not commissionable.

2. Prohibited Promotional Methods

Last-click hijacking / commission theft. You may not use any method that overwrites, intercepts, or piggybacks on another affiliate's or the Merchant's attribution, including attaching your tracking link or code to an order you did not drive. Coupon / deal browser extensions & auto-apply tools. Promotion through auto-apply coupon browser extensions, toolbars, or deal-injection software that claim last-click credit at checkout without driving the sale is prohibited unless expressly pre-approved in writing. Unauthorized coupon & deal sites. Posting Pacinos offers or codes on coupon, deal, or cashback sites requires prior written approval. Unauthorized or unissued discount codes may not be created, published, or distributed. Cookie stuffing / forced clicks. Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, pop-unders, or any technique that drops tracking without a genuine customer click is prohibited. Paid-search & brand bidding. You may not bid on the Merchant's trademarks or brand terms (for example "Pacinos," "Pacinos coupon," "Pacinos promo code") or their close variants and misspellings on any paid-search or shopping platform, and may not use them in display URLs or as a direct-linked destination. Self-referral & incentivized/spam traffic. You may not earn commission on your own purchases, and may not use spam email or SMS, misleading claims, or incentivized traffic that misrepresents the offer. Trademark abuse & typosquatting. You may not register domains, social handles, or ad accounts containing the Merchant's marks or confusingly similar variants.

3. Conduct & Content

Negative Commentary — Affiliates may not publish negative or disparaging statements about the Merchant or its brand. Offensive Content — Affiliates may not place Pacinos links or offers on adult, hateful, illegal, or otherwise objectionable sites. Disclosure — Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose the affiliate/material relationship wherever they promote (for example "#ad" or "affiliate link"), in line with FTC guidelines.

4. Permitted Methods (unless restricted by Sections 2 and 3)

Trademarks — Affiliates may use the Pacinos logo and brand assets in unaltered form, solely to promote genuine Pacinos products. Offer Placement — Affiliates may promote our offer through their own content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and personal websites or blogs, through compliant email lists, and through paid social (Facebook/Instagram) and non-brand paid search.

5. Merchant Rights, Reversals & Termination

The Merchant may review, hold, decline, or reverse any commission arising from a duplicate order, a violation of these terms, a returned, refunded, canceled, or fraudulent order, or an attribution the Merchant determines is not a genuine referral. The Merchant may recover (claw back) commissions already paid where they were earned in violation of these terms or through fraud. The Merchant may suspend or terminate any affiliate, withhold pending balances, and remove Program access in its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms. Commissions may be subject to a holding period before becoming payable, to allow for return, refund, and fraud review.

Pacinos Signature Line Affiliate Program — Privacy Policy

This notice explains how Pacinos Signature Line ("we," "us") handles personal information in connection with our affiliate program. It supplements the Pacinos Signature Line website privacy policy at [WEBSITE PRIVACY URL], which also applies.

Information we collect. When you apply to and take part in the Program, we and our affiliate-platform provider (Refersion) collect the information you provide — such as your name, email address, business or website details, social handles, and the payment details needed to pay commissions — and information generated as you promote, such as clicks, referred orders, conversions, and commission activity.

How we use it. We use this information to operate the Program: to review your application, track referrals and attribute sales, calculate and pay commissions, detect and prevent fraud and policy violations, communicate with you, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

How it is shared. We share information with service providers who help us run the Program — including Refersion (affiliate tracking and management), our e-commerce platform (Shopify), and our payment processor — who may process it only on our behalf. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect against fraud or misuse.

Retention. We retain affiliate and commission records for as long as needed to run the Program and to meet legal, tax, and financial-record obligations.

Your choices. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information — subject to records we are required to keep — by contacting us at [AFFILIATE CONTACT EMAIL]. You may opt out of non-essential Program communications at any time.

Fraud prevention. We monitor referral and commission activity to detect duplicate, hijacked, or fraudulent attribution, and may use this information to withhold, reverse, or recover commissions and to suspend accounts as described in the Program Terms & Conditions.
